One credit equals one photorealistic render of a floor plan. Uploads, edits, and viewing existing renders are always free.
What happens if a render fails?
If our model fails to return an image, we automatically refund the credit before you see the error. You only pay for renders that actually deliver an image.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Free users see an upgrade prompt. Pro users see a message telling them when their quota resets — no overage charges, ever.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. You keep access to any unused credits through the end of the billing period.
